The cost of main canal branches and distributaries serving exclusively the territories of one state shall be borne by that state alone. The canal for A.P. running thro’ Maharashtra will be executed by A.P. at its cost.

3)Joint Control Board: It is agreed that a Joint control board will be established to finalise the construction programme and decide the level of funding.

4)An interstate agreement be prepared by the government of Maharashtra with similar clauses of Lendi Project and be forwarded to Government of A.P. for concurrence.

Hence proposals were submitted to Government vide this office Lr. No. CE (I)/EEIII/12979/76, Dt. 27-07-2000 to take up detailed Investigation for Rs. 25.00 Lakhs under stage I as per G.O.
